As an Account Coordinator, you will serve as a critical support member to our clients’ customer service teams. You will be responsible for supporting the account managers, reporting on call analytics data, quality assurance, customer service evaluation, and customer service coaching. You do not need any previous experience with customer service evaluations and training to apply for this position—just a friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
